Consulting Intern - Emiratization

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Consulting Intern to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. As an intern, you will play a crucial role in helping our organization make data-driven decisions and improve business processes.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and gather requirements
* Analyze complex data sets and prepare comprehensive reports to support strategic decision-making
* Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities
* Create and present business cases for new initiatives or process improvements
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit information from various departments
* Design and document business processes using appropriate modeling techniques
* Support the implementation of new systems and processes
* Provide analytical support for due diligence activities and strategic planning

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
* Emirati nationals ONLY.
* CGPA: 3.7 or higher
* Proven experience in a consulting environment
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and Tableau
* Knowledge of business process modeling techniques
* Familiarity with project management methodologies
* Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment
* Customer-focused mindset with a goal-oriented approach
* Excellent research and information-gathering skills
* Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
* Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, international business environment
