About the Team The LIVE team is dedicated to optimizing all aspects of TikTok LIVE. From content strategy, monetization, gifting, features, and data analysis to creator education, campaigns, and supporting agencies, we ensure a fun and safe space for all our LIVE users. Our mission is to drive growth, improve operational efficiency, and foster positive experiences for creators and agencies alike. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 month long internship period. Key Responsibilities: - Support agency-side education and communication for TikTok LIVE official campaigns, including campaign rules, timelines, incentives, and best practices - Assist in the strategy design, research, and optimization of agency self-built campaigns to drive creator participation and revenue growth - Collect and analyze agency feedback and campaign performance data, and prepare basic reports and insights - Support campaign-related materials preparation, including presentations, FAQs, guidelines, and promotional content - Coordinate with cross-functional teams (regional operations, product, etc) to ensure smooth campaign execution - Track platform feature updates related to campaigns and support internal knowledge sharing

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications: - Undergraduate or graduate student, preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields - Strong interest in live streaming, creator economy, or social media platforms - High oral and written fluency in English, Arabic is a plus. Our team works with stakeholders from both the Middle East and globally and will be required to communicate effectively with them - Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Basic data analysis skills (Excel / Google Sheets); experience with presentations is a plus - Able to work at least 3-4 days per week for 3 months or longer
