Ennismore has brought together two global F&B leaders, PARIS SOCIETY and RIKAS, renowned for their iconic venues worldwide and recognized as two of the industry's largest F&B operators.
This F&B platform consolidates F&B brand houses and operations, driven by strategic and creative concepts. The Business Development Coordinator will support the F&B Platform in its growth and expansion efforts.

Job Description

Business Development Support
* Prepare business proposals and investment decks.
* Conduct high-level market research on hospitality and F&B trends to inform business decisions.
* Assist in determining emotional connection between F&B brand & property opportunities to develop the optimal brand application.
* Support the end-to-end business development process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely handover to the project team.
* Collaborate with internal teams to align with business development goals.
* Manage documentation, meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
* Work closely with external partners, including architects, designers, and consultants.
Brand Support
* Key point of contact for the F&B brand team based in Paris with the HQ in Dubai.
* Ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines and concepts throughout all existing and newly developed assets.
* Assist in creatively adapting existing brands for new markets.
* Participate in the workshops to support the development of commercial assets.

Qualifications

Internship Opportunity
We are looking for university students currently enrolled in a Master's program in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field, who are seeking a full-time internship or wishing to explore the Voluntary internship program (applicable for France only)
Start date is flexible in the next 3 months, but we require a minimum commitment of 6 months.
Profile Requirements:
* Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Hospitality, or a related field.
* Skills: Ability to work under pressure; strong analytical mindset; creativity; project management capabilities.
* Software: Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel; knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud is a plus.
* Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with F&B, hospitality, real estate, and investment trends.
* Languages: Fluent in English and French.
