Job Description:

1. Monitor live operations to ensure seamless order flow and proactively address operational gaps. 2. Coordinate with delivery partners and merchants to resolve real-time issues and escalate when required. 3. Identify potential bottlenecks and take corrective actions to maintain efficiency. 4. Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders to ensure alignment during operations. 5. Drive a consistent customer experience by proactively managing order reallocations and addressing delivery-related disruptions
Candidate Requirements:
1.Undergraduate student or full-time Master's/MBA student. 2. Fluent in English along with Urdu or Hindi, with strong verbal and written communication skills. 3. Good interpersonal and coordination skills. 4. Open to flexible working hours and rotational shifts; comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. 5. Available at least 5 days per week for a minimum 3 months. 6. Strong data sensitivity with basic analytical skills
