About this position

What you´ll do

* Project management Team Lead: recruiting, on-boarding & development, acts as role model to drive agility, resilience and digitalization.
* Foster a continuous learning and contribution mindset.
* Develop high-quality Press Releases in Arabic and English.
* Collaborate with the Head of Corporate Communication to oversee all external and internal communication across GCC countries (corporate website, social media, news, feature articles).
* Assist in implementing a strategic and cohesive communications plan to support business objectives in the GCC region.
* Experience with social media management and content planning is advantageous.
* Curate engaging internal stories from Henkel GCC sites.
* Propose new strategies to enhance existing processes and elevate the corporate brand internally and externally.
* Generate innovative ideas to support business goals.
* Collaborate closely with various functional and brand teams within the business units to enhance communication.
* Stay updated with the latest communication and business trends.
* Familiarity with Public Relations practices.
* Assist the regional corporate communications team with ad-hoc projects

What makes you a good fit

* Bachelor's degree in mass communication or a related field.
* Fluency in both English and Arabic (verbal and written), with translation abilities between the two languages.
* Strong networking skills.
* Experience in event management.
* Proficiency with design tools like Adobe Illustrator and video editing software.
* Ability to capture photographs and videos for internal and external content.
* Strategic thinking ability.
* Creativity and innovative thinking to generate new ideas.
