* Job Type: 12 months temporary contract (This role is for undergraduate students, looking for a one year industry placement)
* Location: Glasgow, Clydebank
* Hours: 35 hours, Monday to Friday
* Salary: £19,747- £23,132 (salary dependent on minimum wage for age group)

Are you studying for an HNC, HND, or Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline and looking for hands-on industry experience? Join our Validation team and gain exposure to GMP laboratories, equipment qualification, validation, compliance, and quality systems within a world-leading life sciences environment.
What you'll do
* Support equipment validation, calibration, and maintenance activities
* Help manage laboratory records and compliance documentation
* Assist with environmental monitoring and data trending
* Work alongside experienced Validation and Quality professionals
* Contribute to exciting laboratory expansion projects and new equipment installations

Qualifications:

What we're looking for
* Studying for an HNC, HND, or Degree in a scientific or engineering discipline
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Good communication and IT skills
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
* An interest in validation, quality, engineering, or laboratory operations
No previous industry experience required - just enthusiasm, curiosity, and a desire to develop in a highly regulated scientific environment.
