Customer Operations Intern UK IE (m/f/d)

Job Description:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support the management of customer operations for defined B2B accounts in close collaboration with sales, logistics, accounting, and credit management
* Assist in daily order book management, including order releases, delivery coordination, and issue resolution
* Maintain and update SAP master data and support the onboarding of new customer accounts
* Help process debit and credit notes and ensure accurate documentation
* Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders to support smooth operational processes
* Support the Customer Operations team in day-to-day business and ongoing activities
* Work with customer portals and contribute to cross-functional projects

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:
* Hands-on and service-oriented mindset with a proactive attitude
* Structured and analytical way of thinking with strong problem-solving skills
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills and a high level of reliability
* Interest in working in an international and dynamic environment
* Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken)
* Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP is a plus
