Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Quality Engineering Co-Op to join our Innovation Excellence Quality team located in Danvers.

Requirements:
* Further the organization's culture of quality by leading gap assessments to identify any potential compliance gaps within our risk documentation for commercialized product
* Develop a Patient's First and Quality Engineering mindset through exposure to patient stories and critical quality deliverables, including design controls, Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEAs), and Risk Management Reports (RMRs)
* Partner with cross-functional teams to support successful integration of the Innovation Excellence Quality organization into the broader product lifecycle
Qualifications:
* Enrolled in an accredited College/University pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
* Ability to work full-time from July - December 2026
* Permanently authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H1-B status) now or in the future
* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as on a team
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and have strong oral and written communication skills

Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future. Students currently on CPT, OPT, or STEM OPT usually requires future sponsorship for long term employment and do not meet the requirements for this program unless eligible for an alternative long-term status that does not require company sponsorship.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :$23.00/hr to $51.50/hr
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:The expected pay range for this position is between $23.00 per hour and $51.50 per hour but will be based on candidate's program year, discipline, degree and/or experience. Co-Ops/Interns are eligible to participate in Company sponsored employee medical benefits in accordance with the terms of the plan. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible for the following sick time benefits: up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington, up to 56 hours per calendar year. Co-Ops and Interns are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension).
