Process Engineer Intern

Responsibilities for the job.

* Assist in identifying opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and overall operational performance.

* Participate in facility walkthroughs, process observations, and data-gathering efforts.

* Support basic application of tools such as 5S, standard work and root cause analysis.

* Help prepare documentation, visual aids, and training materials related to CI initiatives.

* Collect and analyze operational data to support project recommendations.

* Work with cross-functional teams including operations, engineering, quality, and supply chain.

Purpose of this role:
We are seeking a motivated Process Engineering Intern to support continuous improvement initiatives within our warehouse operations. This role will provide hands-on experience in process optimization, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a dynamic environment.

The intern will work alongside engineering and operations teams to evaluate processes, support improvement efforts, and contribute to key operational projects.

Qualifications

* Currently pursing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.

* Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
