Mechanical Engineer Co-op July-December 2026

Job Description:

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Under the supervision of the Engineering Manager, the Engineering Intern/Co-Op is responsible for the following duties:
* Assist in preparation of design analysis of components for nuclear power plants and the U.S. Navy
* Assist in preparation of equipment qualification test procedures
* Assist in the design of equipment qualification testing
* Support the assembly and testing of a variety of pressure relief devices

For This Role, You Will Need:

* Minimum 2 years of undergraduate study in an Engineering or technical area
* Proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

* Previous experience working with valves
* CAD (SolidWorks, Inventory, AutoCAD, etc.) background desirable.
* MS ACCESS programming

* Our compensation philosophy is simple: We pay a competitive base salary, within the local market in which we operate, and reward performance during the annual merit review process. The total target comp range for this position is $52,000 annually.
