Job Description

What are your contributions to the team?

* Adhere to General Work Requirements
* Analyze and compile data
* Update and maintain databases
* Assist with special projects that focus on delivering results against the business plan
* Assist the Team with business analysis
* Work as part of the Team to provide support to ensure reliability and efficiency with processes
* Interface with Bombardier personnel to ensure consistent, practical and effective solutions
You may also be expected to:
* Collaborate closely with the Project Engineering & Integration team and cross-functional engineering groups.
* Assist with the evaluation and coordination of technical requests, tracking progress against project schedules and budget objectives.
* Facilitate communication and collaboration between Engineering and PMO stakeholders through meetings and project discussions.
* Collect, analyze, and report project data to support governance activities, providing project status updates and identifying risks or issues when necessary.
* Coordinate the preparation and submission of project deliverables while helping ensure adherence to budget requirements.
* Support supplier coordination and relationship management activities.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by implementing new tools, documenting processes, and enhancing team workflows.

How to thrive in this role?

* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering.
Preferred Qualifications Include:
* Interest in engineering project management and the aerospace industry.
* Foundational understanding of aircraft development and certification processes.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
* Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Self-motivated, resourceful, and eager to learn.
* Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Demonstrates initiative, adaptability, and enthusiasm for new challenges.
