Job Title: Trainee, DEI, CSR & Internal Communications
Reports to: Senior Director, DEI, CSR & Internal Communications
JOB PURPOSE:
The Dior Corporate Trainee participates in a program designed to identify and develop future talent for the organization across functional areas. By working closely with their assigned Department, the Trainee supports the organization's short and long-term objectives through day to day administrative and long-term project work. Trainees across departments will collaborate to develop initiatives to improve business results and present a project to our Executive Leadership Team. The Employee Experience Trainee will support the enhancement of workplace culture and employee experience through various initiatives and projects aimed at improving overall employee satisfaction and productivity.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES: At least 6 months of prior experience Full-time, 12-month program from July 2026 through July 2027 Available to work M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a highly complex work environment Takes initiative and works to resolve issues through communication, flexibility & collaboration with partnering teams Must be highly organized, diligent, and attentive to detail Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills, both verbal and written
