Internship Overview:

Nasdaq's Internship Program provides outstanding opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience during a 10-week internship. Additionally, you will meet with senior leaders and participate in professional development activities throughout your internship.

Index Governance Intern

What You'll Do

* Support the team with day-to-day tasks and contribute to ongoing initiatives.
* Learn how to apply core processes and tools relevant to the role through hands-on experience.
* Collaborate with teammates across different functions and regions.
* Bring your ideas and curiosity to problem-solving and project work.
* Develop your technical and professional skills through training and mentorship.

What You'll Bring

* Currently pursuing a degree in finance or business.
* Eagerness to learn, ask questions, and take on new challenges.
* Ability to work well with others and contribute to a team environment.
* Good communication and organizational skills.
* Curiosity about technology, finance, and global markets.
* Basic skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

This position will be located in Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment at least 3 days a week in-office, subject to change, providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.
