Role Descriptions & Responsibilities
As a Sales Compensation Analyst Intern, your responsibilities will include the following:
· Measure gap to companies' objective on the following topics: Territory allocation, Quota setting and Sales Comp design.
· Analysis done via deep dive on 2024, 2025 and mid-year 2026 Sales achievements and resulting compensation model
Qualifications
· Currently enrolled in a BS or Masters in Finance or Accounting
· Experience with Microsoft Suite tools
· Effective communication and interpersonal skills - written and oral
· Ability to work as part of a team, as well as autonomously
· Willingness to learn
· Results driven
