Accounts Payable Summer Intern

Job Description:

The Finance Intern, Accounts Payable position is responsible for assisting the Supervisor in aiding internal personnel, external vendors, and cross-division customers to support their use of online systems. Correspondence may be directly related to payment status information and timely problem resolution for invoices associated with indirect purchases in our US, Canadian, and Jamaican operations.
This summer internship position will be in office at 4770 Hinckley Industrial Parkway, Cleveland, OH 44109 and for approximately 37.5 hours per week.
Because this role involves access to confidential financial information, the Company has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and to provide similar protections for its clients and potential investments

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Requirements
* Must be at least 18 years of age
* Must be pursuing an associate's or bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business related field at the start and duration of the internship.
* Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future (e.g., OPT, CPT, H1B, EB-1, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications
* Have at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power Point
