General Purpose of the Position:
Support the VIC and CRM departments in creating and monitoring multi-channel customer outreach programs, participate in the organization and rollout of VIC events and delighting and assist the retail teams in achieving global VIC and CRM priorities.
* Must be available full time
* Work Setting: M-F, 9-6pm, Friday work from home
Skills and Abilities required Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or in progress) with a focus on quantitative fields (statistics, economics, or data science) is preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint Excellent organizational and time-management skills Attention to detail and high level of precision Strong oral and written communication skills Curious, self-motivated thinker
