2026 Summer Intern - Legal

Job Description:

Position Summary
This intern position will be responsible for all legal and compliance task including but not limited to contracts, litigation, labor and employment.

(May 2026 - July 2026)

Role and Responsibilities

* Perform a wide variety of legal tasks as directed by the General Counsel of SEHA in areas including but not limited to contracts, litigation, labor & employment, construction, real estate, economic development, and compliance
* Assist the General Counsel with public affairs, government relations, philanthropy, volunteerism, community service and speaking engagements
* Project management and performance of daily, weekly, and long-term tasks in furtherance of completing various legal & compliance projects
* Prepare correspondence in connection with a wide variety of legal matters
* Collaborate cross-functionally across the Samsung organization on a wide variety of matters including but not limited to legal & compliance, public relations, government relations
