Job Description:
The TikTok LIVE SMB service team is affiliated with the TikTok LIVE team. We aim to help TikTok's Small to Medium-Sized businesses (including merchants and creators) obtain more diverse customer acquisition and business operation methods through live streaming by building product capabilities and providing creator services, and to offer professional live streaming content for users. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis - we encourage you to apply early. Successful candidates must be able to commit to 4-6 months long internship period. Responsibilities 1. Deep Dive into Live Broadcast Ecosystem & Explore Core Demands: Conduct in-depth insights into live broadcast user profiles and platform content ecosystems, accurately refine the core educational needs of anchors, and take charge of the full-lifecycle management of educational video materials, including topic planning, content production, online promotion and data review, to maximize content value. 2. Lead Product GTM Implementation & Empower Product Growth: Take charge of the end-to-end execution of Go-to-Market (GTM) promotion for key product capabilities, with a core focus on independently developing high-quality showcase videos and educational videos for product promotion. This includes end-to-end oversight of video content planning, script drafting, production and polishing, as well as the subsequent online delivery of these video materials. Take full ownership of the final conversion results of the GTM campaign, and continuously optimize video content strategies and promotion approaches through data review and analysis. 4. Collaborate on Large-scale Online Activities & Ensure Project Delivery: Participate in the planning and implementation of large-scale online service activities, focus on advancing GTM work for activity-oriented initiatives, and collaborate efficiently with cross-functional teams to ensure the progress and quality of activities meet standards
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree or above - Passionate about the live broadcast industry and familiar with content formats, interactive gameplay and user preferences of mainstream live broadcast platforms - Possess the ability to independently complete video content production, capable of handling the full process from script development to video editing and output - Equipped with solid data analysis capabilities and logical thinking skills - Proficient in identifying problems through data insights, proposing optimization solutions and independently driving problem resolution - Demonstrate strong sense of responsibility and execution. Be practical and meticulous in work, with outstanding self-learning ability, excellent communication and expression skills, and capable of efficient cross-functional collaboration - Able to start the internship as soon as possible and work 4 days every week for at least 4 months Preferred Qualifications: - Design-related academic background or internship experience in live broadcast/content operations - Able to work full-time and commit to a continuous internship of more than 4 months
