The TikTok Creative Product Operations team develops world-leading tech solutions for creative production, optimization, to empower and inspire advertisers, creators, and partners in the ecosystem to create and deliver the best engaging creative experience to the end users. We are user-oriented and dedicated to technical excellence. We aim to drive and lead the technology renovation in the ads tech and creative industry, powering products and driving values for our clients, creators, and the whole ecosystem. The North America Creative team is looking for an experienced Product Marketing Summer Intern who will be responsible for product strategy, creator partnerships management, support product growth initiatives. Internships at TikTok aim to provide students with hands-on experience in developing fundamental skills and exploring potential career paths. A vibrant blend of social events and enriching development workshops will be available for you to explore. Here, you will utilize your knowledge in real-world scenarios while laying a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Project Intern: As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Drive end-to-end campaign management for the Brand Innovation Creator product (Branded Buzz), ensuring launch readiness, execution quality, and effective coordination across agency partners, creators, and internal stakeholders - Contribute to agency and creator operations strategy by optimizing onboarding, participation, and creator sourcing workflows to drive scalable product growth - Analyze campaign performance data to generate insights on creator participation, delivery progress, and performance trends, informing optimization and decision-making - Partner cross-functionally with Product, Legal, Payments, and Operations teams to align on key issues, synthesize feedback, and drive resolution of critical action items - Identify operational gaps and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance execution efficiency and scalability of creator monetization programs
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program or above - Experience in creator strategy, creator marketing, or product marketing within the digital advertising industry - Strong understanding of the creator economy, with expertise in creator-led product solutions - Proven experience leading end-to-end complex projects across multiple stakeholders - Excellent communication, organizational, go-to-market (GTM) and analytical skills - Able to commit to a full-time, 12-week internship, ideally longer Preferred Qualifications: - Strategic thinker with the ability to navigate ambiguity - Experience working with social media platforms and creators - A fast learner Experience working with global teams - A commercial mindset with experience building product from 0 to 1
