Just down the road in Bibb County, MBUSI has launched the production of high-performance lithium-ion batteries. Essential Functions:
* Evaluate and optimize standard Assembly production management processes and systems
* Work directly with production management to ensure standardized efficient and effective shop floor management at all levels
* Taking responsibility for complex cross-functional product and process problem solving tasks involving Body shop, Paint shop, and Supplier impacts across the Assembly shops
* Develop, align, and implement solutions to these complex problems

Other Regular Daily Tasks:
* Daily attendance and evaluation of Assembly Core Teams and Escalaton Meetings
* Drive problem resolution for complex and legacy topics
* Steering support for shopfloor processes
* Regular reporting of project and problem solving status and next steps

Qualifikationen

Education, Experience and Necessary Skills all must be met in order to qualify for position.

Education:
Student in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or in a related area, and/or the equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills:
* Understanding of Engineering Problem Solving
* Basic Microsoft Computer Knowledge
* Understanding of Vehicle Systems and Terminology
* Focus on Standard Automotive Production System
* Power Bi
