Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program focused on Business, Project Management, Operations Management, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
* Bachelor's degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
* Extreme attention to detail and accuracy - strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
* Self-starter with an ability to navigate the organization and processes independently.
* Project management skills - ability to handle multiple requests and prioritize accordingly.
* Relationship building skills - enjoys working as part of a larger team and fostering relationships.
* Team player with an ability to support projects outside of immediate scope.
* Presentation skills - equally capable of creating presentation materials and presenting in front of peers and more senior leaders.
* Aptitude with Excel - e.g. formulas, pivot tables, macros.

Preferred Qualifications
* Passion for marketing, product management, payments innovation, travel and dining industries and new technology trends.
* Ability to conceptualize and sell ideas.
* An independent thinker who's organized, has excellent attention to detail, and can multi-task.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving/quantitative skills.
* Willing to take risks and share fresh perspectives.
* Be proficient with analytical and presentation tools, including Excel and PowerPoint.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
