I. Department activities:
* Support controlling of measuring equipment activities such as sending and receiving equipment inside and/or outside plant, checking the status of equipment according to standard, ...
* Updating the status of project for current product and new product in QMM6.
* Act as an event co-organizer: Workshop, informal & formal events
* Support for Sharing program of QMM6
* Ensure stationary supply & goods receiver from supplier
* Other administration tasks
II. Plant activities:
* Support CSR activities (arrangement, preparation for HcP volunteer programs, blog writing)
* In charge for Suggestion Scheme work package (reports, communication, council, focus week)

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications

* 3rd or last year student major in Project or IT, Communication, Management or any relevant fields
* Good English communication skills
* Proficiency in MS Office (VBA)
* Be able to adapt international working environment & cultural diversity
* Reliable, proactive, high commitment, creative thinking, willing to learn and do new things
