We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Internship, IT. Principal responsibilities: * Assist in admin work for the IT team, tracking status, coordination of simple activities. * Assist in troubleshooting and analysis for Development, Cyber and IT Support teams. * Participate in test planning, test execution and contribute to test report generation. * Assist in communication with other teams to identify, fix, follow up of the production issue. * Other related simple tasks for IT Team Requirements: * Being a student from universities/educational institutions (not graduated yet). * Ability to intern full-time in 6 months is a plus. * Have a recommendation letter for their internship period from universities/educational institutions. * Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams) * Good research skills and ability to learn quickly * Good communication skills * Knowledge of programming languages, databased and other IT topics is an asset * Knowledge of banking / financial services is an asset You'll achieve more when you join HSBC. http://www.hsbc.com/careers HSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and opinions count.
