* Training English for Instructors
* Support digital transformation in the training area (AI, e-learning, etc.)
* Support the design and development of training materials
* Support working culture initiatives (sports & mindfulness, micro-learning, Read2Share, etc.)
* Support training improvement initiatives (video training materials, lesson plans, etc.)
* Conduct training record audits
* Provide further support to Training Officers and Group Leaders

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications

* Third or last year student major in Industrial Management, Business Administration or any technical related fields
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Proactive, cooperative, flexible and willing to learn
* Interesting in Training and Development is a plus
