* Process documentation
* Arrange internal meetings
* Follow-up open request
* Support in reporting
* Coordinate with all stakeholders ensuring an accurate data and follow process
* Other tasks if required

Candidate Requirements:

Qualifications

* 4th-year-student with major in Software, IT, Industrial management or related fields
* Interested to work in Admin / Secretary tasks
* Good English skills (speaking and writing)
* Good knowledge of administration, MS office, Power BI,...
* No working experiences required, although students with dynamic experience in school / social activities will have big advantage
* Enjoy working with numbers and spreadsheet
* Personal Skills, Time Management skill, Task management skill
* Hard working, enthusiasm, dynamic, self-confidence to meet deadlines,
* Well organized, detail-oriented and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
