Job Description:

About the opportunity

* Create and post job advertisements on various platforms to attract potential candidates.
* Arrange and facilitate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure a seamless process.
* Communicate with candidates and stakeholders about interview details and post-interview feedback.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and recruitment activities in G-sheets.
* Assistance with onboarding new hires processes as needed.
* Any other matters assigned (ad-hoc).

What you need to be successful

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong time-management abilities with an eye for detail, especially when juggling calendars and candidate records.
* Prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
* Familiarity with Google Workspace.
