Job Description:

About the opportunity

* Creative Artwork: Designing localized, eye-catching visual assets for rider campaigns, announcements, and safety initiatives.
* Rider Communication: Crafting clear, engaging, and culturally relevant copy/graphics for our official communication channels.
* Event Support: Developing branding materials, banners, and digital assets for upcoming rider events and town halls.
* Social Media & Competitor Benchmarking: Acting as the dedicated PIC (Person In Charge) to manage our rider-facing social media presence and ensure our content outperforms competitor engagement.

What you need to be successful

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slide), experiences using Canva or Cap cut is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
