Job Description:

We are looking for a precise, reliable, and motivated professional to join our team as a Junior Quality Control Inspector. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, goal-driven, and able to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment.We are looking for precise and reliable people, highly motivated and oriented towards the achievement of personal and group goals.
Main Duties
* Creation of refurbishment orders
* Daily monitoring of refurbishment order mismatches
* Creation of branch entry checks
* Assigning tasks to responsible teams/employees in Freshdesk
* Uploading missing vehicle inspection documents
* General back-office and data entry activities related to internal processes
Potential future tasks:
* Cost calculation for refurbishment cars
* Reporting of potential B2A1 cases
* Home PU process support

Qualifications:

Qualifications
* German language skills at A1-B1 level is a plus
* Good English skills
* Previous experience of at least 2 years in back-office, administrative tasks, data entry, database management, or document quality control
* Previous experience in the automotive sector is considered a plus
* Professionalism, precision, reliability, and strong attention to detail
* Fast and accurate use of PC, email, and internal systems
* Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team

Additional Information:

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Rruga Dritan Hoxha, Laprake and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
