❕ Qualifications and Main Responsabilities:
* 2-5 years of experience in consulting type of work connected to technology advisory, management/strategy consulting, or relevant experience from the Utilities industry working with the digital agenda.
* Commercial mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities together with other Accenture Managers.
* Used to collaborating in diverse project teams and can work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
* Can communicate effectively and can put ideas and findings into the right context and to the right audience, both written and verbally.
* The ideal candidate should be oriented to technologically savvy, customer-centric, with focus on change management and enjoy working in the interface between technology and business with Digital Transformation projects for the Utilities Industry.
* Knowledge of platforms (like Oracle, SAP, Salesforce) and platform implementation (Desirable)
* Knowledge on business transformation and project lifecycle frameworks and approaches (Desirable).
* Exposure to product implementations teams or solution roadmap teams to detail business requirements, work with product development teams across development life cycle stages (Desirable)
* Knowledge in Project Management (Desirable).
* Knowledge in Agile Methodology (Desirable)
* English Advanced (mandatory)
