As a Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for growing our business in Austria - whether that means opening new doors, scaling existing partnerships, or building a high-performing sales team. This is your chance to step into a role where your impact is visible, measurable, and actually matters.
We're looking for people who don't just "do sales," but think strategically about growth.
What You'll Be Doing
* Drive commercial growth across your market
* Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
* Analyze performance and continuously optimize your sales strategy
* Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, operations, product)
* Potentially lead and develop a local sales team

What you need to be successful

* Solid experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
* A track record of hitting - and exceeding - targets
* Strong commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically
* Confidence in negotiations and stakeholder management
* Fluent German and strong English skills
* Experience from fast-paced environments (scale-ups, retail, FMCG, marketplaces, etc.) is a plus
