The Opportunity
We are looking for an Inbound Specialist to join our European Distribution Center. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating inbound flows, performing inspections, and ensuring accurate and compliant warehouse operations. You will play a critical role in maintaining quality standards and collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform visual inspection of incoming goods and document results, managing non-conforming goods across departments (QA, transport, manufacturing, etc.)
* Coordinate and prioritize inbound flows (POs, STOs) and ensure efficient handling within the warehouse
* Execute warehouse activities including receiving, putaway, replenishment, and inventory control
* Ensure all transactions are accurately recorded in SAP/ERP systems with full batch and serial traceability
* Maintain compliance with quality standards (ISO 13485 / ISO 14001) and internal procedures
* Support warehouse organization, cleanliness, safety, and equipment maintenance
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and actively contribute to team meetings
* Identify and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
What You'll Bring
* High school diploma or equivalent experience in logistics or warehouse operations
* Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) and RF scanning tools
* Familiarity with regulated environments (ISO 13485) and lean methodologies is a plus
* Fluency in Dutch and English; French is a strong asset
* Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, consistency, and quality
* Team-oriented mindset with strong communication and collaboration skills
* Customer-focused approach and willingness to learn new processes
* Ability to stay organized and perform effectively under pressure
