About the job

As a Shopper Marketing Manager at Danone, you will play a crucial role in connecting the activations between the Marketing and Customer Development teams. You will work closely with Brand, Key Account, and Category managers to develop winning strategies in both Retail and Out-of-home environments. With a close connection to the field teams, you will not only shape the plans but also be on the first row of the execution to maximize shopper engagement and drive brand & customer growth.
To be successful in this job, you preach consumer journey thinking and are curious for deep insights into consumer behavior and trends that shape the shopping trip of the future. You're comfortable with activation frameworks to create end-to-end shopper plans with clear KPI's behind to define & measure the success of your campaigns. Based on post-activation analyses you formulate recommendations to improve the ROI and reach our overall brand & customer growth objectives.
Your exceptional project management skills allow you to take ownership of projects & drive them in a dynamic context to successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities

* Shaping impactful shopper activation strategies to achieve our brand & customer growth objectives

* Defining creative & out of the box activation materials to animate our shoppers throughout the full activation funnel

* Partnering up with external agencies to develop, produce & install different point of sales material, and organize a variety of shopper experiential activations

* Deep diving in the post-activation reports to capture learnings & re-formulate recommendations to continuously optimize our plans

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic person who:

* Has first experience in FMCG or retail, ideally in Shopper Marketing, Trade Marketing, or in Sales

* Demonstrates excellent project management skills, is proactive and hands-on with a strong can-do attitude, acts agile in a fast-paced environment, and consistently strives for excellence in execution

* Brings strong consumer journey thinking and curiosity about shopping trends

* Has excellent communication (verbal and written) skills, with ability to tailor to various audiences

* Is a real team player, inclusive and collaborative, with strong interpersonal skills
