IB Area Manager, Inbound

Job Description:

We are seeking an Area Manager to join our Fulfilment Center. Our Fulfilment Centers lie at the core of Amazon's rapidly expanding operations network: they are where we handle our highly dynamic inventory. In every Fulfilment Center, our teams receive deliveries, pick products, package them, and ship them out. Each team contributes to our success, and you can be a key player in driving us forward.

These Fulfilment Centers are fast-paced, high-impact, and highly rewarding environments, where adherence to policies and procedures is critical. We are looking for an inspiring and capable leader to ensure we continue delivering on our customer promise while enabling our teams to excel with a customer-obsessed mindset

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Employee and performance management experience
- Experience with performance metrics and process improvement and Lean techniques
