How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Apoiar a equipe comercial em tarefas administrativas e operacionais, garantindo a eficiência dos processos de vendas e contribuindo para a satisfação do cliente e o crescimento dos negócios da AIR LIQUIDE BRASIL LTDA.
Responsabilidades do Cargo
* Auxiliar na gestão de contas de clientes, incluindo o processamento e acompanhamento (follow-up) de pedidos.
* Manter e atualizar bancos de dados de clientes e registros de vendas.
* Fornecer suporte administrativo à equipe de vendas, como agendamento de reuniões e gestão de correspondências.
* Colaborar com departamentos internos (ex: logística, financeiro) para garantir a fluidez das operações.
* Atender às consultas dos clientes e direcioná-las ao representante de vendas adequado.
* Auxiliar em pesquisas de mercado e análise da concorrência conforme necessário.
* Apoiar a organização de eventos e atividades comerciais.

Do you have these requirements?
* Bacharelado em Administração de Empresas, Marketing ou áreas correlatas.
* Experiência comprovada em suporte comercial ou funções administrativas, preferencialmente em ambiente industrial ou B2B.
* Fortes habilidades organizacionais e atenção aos detalhes.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e interpessoais.
* Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente e em equipe.
* Fluência em Português; proficiência em Inglês será considerada um diferencial.
