As a Asc Analyst GES S2P Invoice to Pay you will drive end-to-end S2P operations, ensuring compliant, efficient, and scalable procurement and invoice-to-pay processes. This role offers regional exposure, close collaboration with global stakeholders, and the opportunity to shape process excellence across LATAM while building a strong career.

Your key responsibilities

* Ensure the registration of tax documents for all DSM Firmenich units, in order to meet the deadlines of all departments.

* Participate in all task rotations to ensure that all team members have complete mastery of mandatory tax tasks.

* Monitor and ensure excellence in the execution of transactions within the VIM tool (registration and issuance of electronic invoices, entries, imports, among other activities);

* Validation of all tax withholdings that may apply to invoices and contracts signed by DSM Firmenich business units with our service providers.

* Interface/communication with tax officials from other DSM units.

* Other activities related to the position.

You Bring

* Knowledge of invoice processing (Source-to-Pay), including tax knowledge.

* Strong sense of responsibility and commitment.

* Practical knowledge of invoice processing tools and systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, and VIM).

* A mindset focused on continuous improvement, always seeking smarter, simpler, and more efficient ways of working.

* A collaborative and customer-focused approach, working effectively with stakeholders in different functions and countries.

* Curiosity, resilience, and excellent communication skills to support users, solve problems, and promote alignment
