ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role, you act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to the Supply HSS/SRT leadership teams, helping translate business strategy into impactful people actions. You contribute to shaping a high-performing, inclusive and psychologically safe culture - where growth mindset, strong sense of accountability and appreciation enable people and teams to perform at their best.
While the role has a global scope across our Supply HSS/SRT organizations (with local facilities in India and Brazil), you will also be closely connected to the local business in your location, acting as the HR Business Partner for the production unit. This gives you a unique opportunity to combine strategic impact with hands-on partnership, building strong relationships and seeing the direct impact of your work.
The position is part of the global HR Management Team and based in São Paulo (Brazil).
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
* Drive the people agenda by translating business strategy into actionable HR plans and priorities
* Lead workforce planning and organizational design to ensure the right capabilities and structure
* Partner with leaders to strengthen performance, leadership, and team effectiveness
* Coach and support managers to build leadership capability and confidence
* Drive talent management, succession planning, and employee development
* Act as a change agent in organizational and cultural transformation initiatives
* Use HR data and insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement
* Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on engagement, well-being, psychological safety and appreciation.
* Ensure effective implementation of HR processes, policies, and compliance across Supply
* Collaborate with HR colleagues and global teams to deliver consistent and high-quality HR support

You are someone who enjoys working close to the business and making a tangible impact through people. You build strong relationships, challenge constructively, and support leaders in achieving their goals - while leading with care, embracing agility, and fostering a growth mindset.
You bring:
* Experience in HR, including a proven track record in a business partnering role
* Experience working in an international or matrix organization
* Strong business acumen and the ability to connect HR initiatives to business outcomes
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PBI, Workday and digital collaboration tools.
* Confidence in using data and insights to guide decisions
* A collaborative and proactive mindset, with the ability to influence stakeholders
* A passion for developing people, teams, and organizational culture
* The ability to navigate complexity and drive change with clarity and purpose
* Excellent communication skills in English
