Amazon's Transportation Operations team is seeking for an EDSP SLS (Service Level Standards) Specialist to join our Brazil Transportation team. EDSPs are External Delivery Service Providers that means third-party operated Delivery Station which uses Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages through different regions of the country. AMPL (Amazon Partner Logistics) is the evolution of EDSP nodes with on-the-road payment per route instead of per package delivered.
The EDSP & AMPL SLS (Service Level Standards) Specialist will be responsible to drive Service Level improvements on both Programs by proposing and implementing program measures and mechanisms. This position shapes performance and compliance as a continuous, process-led activity through tech & audits.

Key job responsibilities
- Analyze current SLS performance metrics, develop and propose program improvements.
- Analyze partner feedback data and create actionable insights based on facts.
- Design EDSP improvement initiatives and create measurement frameworks to monitor its effectiveness (including benchmarks with other geos).
- Oversee continuous compliance processes, conduct and manage audits

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience in a highly analytical, results-oriented environment with cross functional interactions
- Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Knowledge of Lean methodologies
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience in transportation and supply chain
