Principal Transportation Strategy Architect , Capacity Planning

Job Description:

We're seeking a distinguished transportation expert to serve as the principal architect of our BR transportation strategy and network evolution. This role will define technical vision, architect transformational solutions, and serve as the leading technical authority for transportation excellence across all transportation miles.

Strategic Impact:
* Shape enterprise-wide transportation strategy and technical direction
* Drive innovation that revolutionizes transportation network capabilities
* Architect solutions that scale nationwide
* Define technical standards and best practices for the transportation organization
* Influence senior leadership decisions on strategic investments and organizational direction

Key job responsibilities
* Serve as the principal technical authority for transportation network architecture
* Define and drive multi-year technical roadmaps for transportation excellence
* Architect innovative solutions for complex, unprecedented transportation challenges
* Lead strategic initiatives that fundamentally transform network capabilities
* Establish technical guidelines and governance frameworks
* Mentor senior engineers and develop technical talent across the organization
* Author technical whitepapers and strategic viewpoints for executive leadership

Candidate Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
- Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership
- Advanced English knowledge
- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality
