Responsibilities
The Opportunity
This role is accountable to execute Change Management plans for LatAm transformation projects, specifically Labor Reform in PBF, and to support teams and associates in their readiness and ability to transition into new ways of working. Champions the use of Change Management tools and practices for execution. The role will have full accountability executing all the components of the methodology: change leadership, change approach & assessment, Stakeholder Management and Communications, Skills & Knowledge and Sustainability.
Your Impact
* Coordinate, articulates and develops Change Management Strategy and plans, to ensure effective change adoption, successful planning, delivery, required to manage transformational projects,
* Develops and implements change plans to address anticipated resistance points of impacted groups, using a structured approach for impact assessment and building commitment,
* Lead change management activities partnering with cross functional team members and stakeholders to understand, manage and reinforce change throughout transformation life-cycle to ensure buy-in and adoption of the change,
* Interact with different levels of Sponsors and Stakeholders (e.g Global & LatAm leaders, Ou's ExComm, GM, Sr. Directors, Directors, OU Leaders) to support change strategy in order to engage the right audience to the transition/change scenario,
* Map critical changes in order to avoid ruptures and risk to the Organization. Responsible to monitor the proposed action plan and build the impact assessment,
* Measures Change Management effectiveness and socializes the Change management monthly dashboard and status

* 100% bilingual (Spanish required - English is considered a plus)
