Job Description:
The Inbound Transportation Specialist is responsible for the daily performance monitoring, deviation management and KPI governance of Amazon's inbound transportation program in Brazil. In charge of control of inbound freight from vendor warehouses to Fulfillment Centers. Under We Pay, Amazon picks up goods at vendor locations, coordinates carrier assignment, manages routing, and delivers to the FC network.
This role is the operational control point of the program: monitoring shipment performance in real-time, identifying deviations before they cascade, managing exceptions to resolution, and ensuring that every KPI is tracked, reported, and actioned. The Lead works hands-on with carriers, vendors, and internal teams daily - keeping the operation running within SLA while escalating systemic issues that require structural intervention
Candidate Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, statistics
- Experience with Excel
- Experience with SQL
- Experience in oral and written communication in English
