Leading Demand Planning Process, dealing with multifunctional teams to deliver an accurate and winning business plan.

Your Impact

Link financial goals, commercial needs, supply needs and restrictions to develop the best business strategy.
Develop digital transformation to enable deeper analysis, considering sell-out, customer inventory, out of stock, among other KPIs.
Build a strong, reliable, winning plan, aligned with multifunctional teams.
