Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d)

Job Description:

As a Junior Accounts Receivable Accountant (m/f/d), you will be part of our Central Accounting Team, supporting the timely processing of accounts receivable transactions and contributing to the smooth execution of day-to-day AR activities. You will work with experienced team members, gain hands-on experience in accounts receivable processes, and develop your accounting skills in an international environment.
About the Role
* Support the timely processing of accounts receivable transactions, agency settlements, and direct debit requests.
* Assist in preparing aging reports and follow up on collection-related matters in cooperation with the Sales Department.
* Create manual invoices when required.
* Perform accounts receivable reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation of AR activities.
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support the implementation of best practices.
* Prepare clear and accurate documentation of accounting processes and procedures.
About You
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Up to 1 year of experience in Accounting or Accounts Receivable, including internships or relevant university practice. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
* Understanding of accounting principles and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment and collaborate within a team.
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
* Fluency in English (B2 level or higher).
* Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
* Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
