For one of our partners, a Swiss pharmaceutical company, we are currently looking for HR Manager.
Role Overview:
We're looking for an HR Manager who's not just great with systems and spreadsheets, but also genuinely enjoys working with people. If you thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and love the idea of shaping HR operations from recruitment to offboarding - this might be your next adventure.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Lead recruitment efforts end-to-end - from selecting external partners to conducting interviews.
* Support global HR operations alongside the HR Director - including drafting employment contracts, handling amendments, and preparing exit documentation.
* Coordinate onboarding and offboarding.
* Act as the first point of contact for employee inquiries.
* Ensure compliance with labor laws, visa requirements, and contractual obligations.
* Manages company's HRIS - keeping data accurate and processes smooth.
* Analyze HR data to uncover trends, support decision-making, and create insightful reports.
* Contribute to HR projects - taking ownership of smaller initiatives and supporting larger ones with enthusiasm.
What You'll Bring to the Team:
* Proven experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on recruitment.
* A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* A natural affinity for systems - you enjoy working with digital tools and aren't afraid to dive into HR tech.
* Fluent English; conversational German would be an advantage.
* Advanced Excel skills - you know your way around formulas, pivot tables, and data sets.
* Solid understanding of employment legislation and compliance.
