We're looking for a Customer Care Sales & Service Specialist to join us in Sofia, Bulgaria.
ZEISS Bulgaria is a growing organisation serving customers across Bulgaria and the Western Balkans. As part of our local Sales and Service Centre, you will play an important role in delivering exceptional customer support and ensuring efficient sales and service operations.
Your Role
As a Customer Care Sales & Service Specialist, you will support the complete customer journey across both sales and service activities. Acting as a key contact for customers, colleagues, and ZEISS entities across South East Europe, you will help drive business growth through excellent customer care and effective administration.
The role of Customer Care Sales & Service Specialist will involve:
* Providing back-office support to the Sales team, including processing leads, opportunities, quotations, orders, follow-up activities, and customer feedback.
* Supporting the Service team by coordinating customer requests, maintenance, repairs, installations, demonstrations, and field service activities.
* Managing quotations, customer orders, logistics, deliveries, consumables, and spare parts processes in collaboration with local and international stakeholders.
* Maintaining customer, contract, installed base, and service data within CRM and SAP systems.
* Monitoring tender opportunities and preparing technical and commercial offers with responsible business teams.
* Handling customer enquiries, claims, and complaints while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
* Processing service contracts, maintenance agreements, and extended warranties while coordinating with accounting teams.
* Supporting marketing activities, customer communications, fairs, exhibitions, and events.
* Managing invoicing, dunning activities, office administration, and support for audits.
* Monitoring performance indicators and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
Your Experience
* High school diploma or higher qualification.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in customer care, sales support, service administration, logistics, or a similar role.
* Experience supporting B2B sales of technical products, systems, software, or services.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems; SAP experience would be an advantage.
* Good command of English, both written and spoken.
* Strong communication, organisational, and customer service skills, with the ability to work accurately, independently, and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
It would be desirable if you had:
* Experience working in an international business environment.
* Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
* Exposure to tender, contract, or service administration processes.

Role Details
Location: Sofia, Bulgaria
Working Pattern: Full-time, permanent position with a hybrid working model.
