Role Overview

We are looking for a Travel & Fleet Manager with French to manage and continuously improve our global mobility ecosystem, covering both corporate travel and company fleet management.

This is a dual, high-impact role combining strategy and hands-on execution. You will drive policy design, cost efficiency, employee experience, and sustainability initiatives, while ensuring full compliance and operational excellence.

You will act as the key point of contact between employees, HR, Procurement, and external providers.

Key Responsibilities

* Travel Management

* Own and evolve the global travel policy aligned with business and HR strategy

* Integrate travel within the broader mobility framework

* Ensure compliance with legal, tax, and internal regulations

* Ensure safe, comfortable, and efficient travel for employees

* Promote wellbeing and right-to-disconnect

* Act as main contact for travel-related queries

* Manage booking tools and expense systems

* Oversee Travel Management Company and key suppliers

* Partner with Procurement on contracts

* Manage traveler safety programs and crisis situations

* Maintain destination risk guidelines

* Monitor Travel & Expense spend and KPIs

* Identify optimization opportunities

* Promote sustainable travel practices and contribute to CSR and environmental targets

Oversee fleet structure and renewal cycles

Manage suppliers and contracts

Oversee vehicle lifecycle: ordering, allocation, maintenance, return

Manage incidents, insurance, and compliance

Ensure driver safety and regulatory compliance

Optimize total cost of ownership (TCO)

Track KPIs and reporting

Drive fleet sustainability and electrification
