Key Responsibilities:
* Install and configure the computer OS, Software/ Applications, Join domain systems (AD), Fonts.
* Install and troubleshoot on network printers, and scanners.
* Walk colleagues through steps to help them resolve common technical problems
* Monitoring and maintaining Internet, and Infra networks (Switch, Router, Firewall, Load balance, and AP Wi-Fi)
* Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager
