Job Description:
Prevencionista de Riesgos
Objetivo del cargo:
Planificar, controlar y promover acciones preventivas y correctivas para prevenir accidentes laborales y enfermedades profesionales, asegurando el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad, salud ocupacional y normativa vigente en proyectos de construcción.
Principales responsabilidades
* Supervisar el cumplimiento de los programas de prevención de riesgos en obra.
* Implementar y mantener sistemas de gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo.
* Gestionar aspectos de salud ocupacional y control de riesgos.
* Velar por el cumplimiento de protocolos MINSAL y normativa legal aplicable.
* Analizar indicadores y estadísticas de seguridad para la mejora continua.
Principales funciones
* Fiscalizar en terreno el cumplimiento de medidas preventivas.
* Realizar capacitaciones, inducciones y actividades de sensibilización en seguridad.
* Asesorar a Comités Paritarios y apoyar auditorías e inspecciones.
* Investigar incidentes y proponer acciones correctivas y preventivas.
* Coordinar requerimientos con organismos fiscalizadores y administradores de la Ley 16.744.
* Elaborar informes de seguridad y salud ocupacional.
* Implementar y promover los estándares de seguridad de Ferrovial.
* Verificar programas de vigilancia médica y salud ocupacional.
Requisitos
Formación:
* Técnico o Ingeniero en Prevención de Riesgos o carrera afín.
Experiencia:
* Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en construcción.
* Experiencia en investigación de accidentes, asesoría en seguridad laboral y capacitación de personal.
Conocimientos:
* Normativa legal de seguridad y salud ocupacional.
* Sistemas de gestión SST (ISO 45001/OHSAS 18001).
* Protocolos MINSAL.
* Herramientas de ofimática y software de gestión de riesgos.
Certificaciones deseables:
* Registro de Experto Profesional ante la SEREMI de Salud.
* Certificaciones en Prevención de Riesgos, Primeros Auxilios y Manejo de Sustancias Peligrosas.
Competencias clave
* Identificación y evaluación de riesgos.
* Gestión de seguridad en proyectos de construcción.
* Capacidad de análisis y resolución de problemas.
* Comunicación efectiva, liderazgo y orientación a la prevención.
