About the Role:
The main responsibility of the Multi-Asset Strategies & Solutions team is to launch and manage the multi-asset funds which invest in different types of assets, such as stocks, bonds, cash, and derivatives to create efficient solutions for investors. We are looking for an Analyst to join the team to support portfolio managers in market and quantitative research, the development of new investment strategies, portfolio construction, and portfolio management.
Success in this role will require strong analytical and quantitative skills and experience in investments or financial markets, with the ideal candidate having experience with multi-asset investing. The candidate should possess the ability to collaborate effectively within team of researchers and portfolio managers and should have strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
* Independently conduct manager research (including all equity/fixed income/alternative strategies) to support portfolio managers making investment decisions
* Help to monitor financial market and identify asset allocation opportunities
* Help investment team to improve investment process
* Assist in portfolio analysis and risk analysis
* Other ad hoc projects

Skills and Qualifications:
* Master's Degree or higher-level qualification; 1-2 years related working experience
* Demonstrated interest in macroeconomics and financial markets
* Strong quantitative (coding) and analytical skills
* Willingness and capacity to learn new investment techniques, both quantitative and discretionary
* High attention to details and strong work ethic
