Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for quality, completeness, accuracy, and timeliness of Master Data set up/maintained in the system.

The MDM Analyst will also ensure that internal controls for master data records are in place and effective.

Specific Responsibilities

* Ensure the integrity and accuracy of master data entry in the system without sacrificing timeliness in completing the process.
* Interpret information correctly and able to make decisions to support the business while maintaining controls during set up.
* Apply corporate rules and best practices when reviewing requests to identify errors in global data fields and rejects, escalates or remediates errors, if any.
* Create or update existing documentation and training materials related to Master Data Management process.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent quality of data.
* Perform regular review and clean-up of master data.
* Ensure internal controls relating to maintenance of master data are in place and effective.
* Support implementation of master data process improvement initiatives.

Requisitos:

* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business
* 1+ year of professional experience in Master Data Management
* Experience in financial systems (knowledge of Oracle E Business Suite is nice to have)
* Familiarity with MS Excel
