Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Role Overview
This role is part of the Business Finance Center (BFC) supporting the Americas region and partners closely with business and finance stakeholders to drive financial insights, decision support, and execution of strategic initiatives.
The position spans multiple FP&A disciplines, including revenue and expense planning, forecasting, consolidation, advanced analytics, and management reporting, while supporting standardization and automation efforts across regions and verticals.
The role requires strong analytical capabilities, business acumen, and the ability to operate in a highly matrixed, fast-paced, and data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business and finance leaders across the Americas (NAM, LAC, or vertical-specific areas) to provide financial insights that support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance management activities across countries, products, customers, or functions, including budgets, forecasts, outlooks, and long-range plans.
- Analyze financial performance against plans, prior periods, and key drivers, identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
- Support and/or lead month-end close activities in partnership with Controllers and Global Business Services, including variance analysis and business commentary.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models, dashboards, and management reporting using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, SQL, or other analytical platforms.
- Contribute to the standardization and automation of reporting and planning processes across regions, leveraging advanced analytics, data visualization, and scalable solutions.
- Support business growth initiatives through business case modeling, pricing analysis, portfolio optimization, and evaluation of new opportunities.
Provide thought leadership by translating complex financial and operational data into clear insights for senior management.
- Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, data quality, and control environment.
- Respond to ad-hoc analysis and information requests from finance and business leadership as needed.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate FP&A, regional finance teams, technology, and other partners to ensure alignment and consistency.

All About You
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, or Business Administration; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Prior experience in FP&A, financial analysis, consolidation, or management reporting within a complex, global organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently structure and deliver insights.
- Demonstrated business acumen and ability to influence stakeholders across multiple levels and geographies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, SQL, financial systems, or automation tools is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with financial systems and planning tools (e.g., Hyperion, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into clear, concise, and impactful messages.
- A proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
